At that time, the Judge will ask you whether you plead “guilty” or “not-guilty”. If you plead “guilty” the Judge may then impose a sentence and fines against you or may wait until another hearing. If you plead “not-guilty” then the Judge will set a date for your trial and/or a date for the next hearing.
]]>A beneficiary deed is not effective until it has been recorded in the County Recorder’s office. A beneficiary deed is unique in that the property does not transfer until death. Therefore, the beneficiaries have no ownership interest during the owner’s lifetime. This allows the owner to revoke the deed any time prior to the owner’s death.
